NZ Hopped Hazy IPA created for the annual NZ IPA Challenge @Smiths Queenstown. We used an experimental NZ hop variety, as well as Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin. We ALSO trialled an all new hopping technique called Hop Dipping as well as an all new aroma enzyme called Aromazyme.
All this to get maximum NZ Hop character.
