  1. All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
  2. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information on products and pricing.
  3. Liberty Brewing accepts no liability to any person or entity with respect to any inaccuracy, misleading information, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the information detailed.
  4. The customer acknowledges and warrants that it has relied on its own skill and judgment or that of its professional advisers on the suitability of the materials or products for specific purposes.
  5. The customer indemnifies Liberty Brewing & it’s employees from and against any suit, claim, demand or compensation which the customer or others may have against Liberty Brewing in relation to the materials or products provided to the customer and the customer's use of the products or materials.
  6. Liberty Brewing reserves the right to amend the invoice where errors due to data entry, estimation or calculation have occurred.
  7. Liberty Brewing will endeavour to update you on new pricing information in the case on invoice amendments.
  8. The external linked websites within the Liberty Brewing website are not under the control of Liberty Brewing.
  9. We do not take responsibility for the content in, or currency of, any externally linked sites. The inclusion of any link within our website does not imply endorsement by Liberty Brewing of the linked website, nor does it suggest any relationship with the organisation linked.
